Specifically, the Ravens will look for a bounce back from their offense. Overall Baltimore’s offense has been one of the best in the league NFL – the unit is averaging 29.5 points per game which ranks third in the NFL. However over the last three games the Ravens have averaged 21.7 points per game including two games scoring under 20 points.
Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson is among this year’s MVP contenders, and is trying to repeat in winning the award (and win his third overall). In returning from the bye the Ravens will face a Giants team that nearly got its third win of the year last week. New York scored a touchdown with five minutes to go to get within three points of the New Orleans Saints, then got the ball back but had a would-be game-tying field goal blocked in the final seconds of a 14-11 loss.
