Two of the NFL’s fiercest rivals get reacquainted as the Los Angeles Rams visit the San Francisco 49ers. Watch the gam free on Fubo.
The Los Angeles Rams are looking to complete their first season sweep of the San Francisco 49ers since 2018 when the two nemeses collide for the second time this year on Thursday Night Football. The Rams already got one over on their old rivals when these sides faced off at SoFi Stadium back in September, edging a nail-biting encounter 27-24 to steal an edge in the NFC West. Fast-forward to today and Sean McVay’s men have a chance to move level with the Seattle Seahawks at the division’s summit, but a 49ers team on the rebound won’t be willing hosts.

After an atrocious start to this season, the 7-6 Rams have somehow managed to rescue the prospect of play-off football and are looking to leapfrog Seattle in the near future if all goes to plan.
The team’s most recent feat was a 44-42 blockbuster victory over the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, where Kyren Williams’ two touchdowns and a 320-yard passing game from Matthew Stafford blazed a trail to victory.
San Francisco recently lost three games in a row against a string of tough opponent before looking back to its best in a one-sided 38-13 win over the Chicago Bears:
With Christian McCaffrey already out for the season and Jordan Mason also on injured reserve, the 49ers may have to look even further down their options at running back.
That’s after Isaac Guerendo suffered a sprained foot against the Bears and may be unavailable for Thursday, which is highly disappointing after he scored twice off 15 carries and 50 receiving yards on Sunday.
The Rams, meanwhile, are keeping a close eye on the likes of Demarcus Robinson, Jordan Whittington and Cobie Durant after each missed training at the start of this week.
