How to Watch Cowboys at Commanders: Stream NFL Live, TV Channel

The Washington Commanders are the ones in the driver seat this year as they host the Dallas Cowboys Sunday who are trying to avoid losing six games in a row.

The Washington Commanders are flipping the script in the NFC East when they host their division rival the Dallas Cowboys in the early window for Week 12 on Sunday. It has usually been Dallas or Philadelphia vying for first in the division but Washington is fighting its way to the top spot and trending in a very different direction than the Cowboys this season. The Cowboys started the season off well enough but a blowout at home against Detroit was the beginning of the end of their season. The bottom fell out for Dallas losing five games in a row all but ending its playoff chances. It hasn’t helped that QB Dak Prescott will miss the rest of the season with an injury but the Cowboy’s offense has fallen off the last two games.

That was especially the case when Dallas took on its in-state rival last week dropping big to the Houston Texans on Monday Night Football 34-10. The Texans never trailed in the blowout victory. Backup QB Cooper Rush struggled visibly at times but he did throw for 354 yards and a touchdown. The problem was that he threw 55 attempts and Dallas couldn’t mix things up offensively to build any consistency on the scoreboard. The Cowboys kept it close in the first half but they weren’t able to score at all in the second. Washington will be a big -10.5 favorite at home with the Cowboy’s struggles on both sides of the ball.

Head coach Dan Quinn has achieved much more than many expected in his first season with the Commanders, especially with a rookie QB. But the Commanders are trying to avoid losing three in a row after they lost to the Eagles last week 26-18. Saquon Barkley continues his great run with his new team rushing for nearly 150 yards and two touchdowns.

Washington led 7-3 in a low scoring first half and led 10-6 going into the fourth quarter, but Philadelphia went off in the fourth for three touchdowns. Washington wasn’t able to score another touchdown until there were only 28 seconds left in the game. Expect Washington to have much more than 264 total yards in this game against Dallas as the Commanders get back home.
