The Indianapolis Colts will head on the road in Week 5 of the NFL regular season to take on the Jacksonville Jaguars at EverBank Stadium in Florida on Sunday afternoon. The Colts venture back on the road for just the second time this season to take on an AFC South rival. They opened the season with two straight wins against the Houston Texans at home 29-27 and on the road at the Green Bay Packers 16-10. They bounced back hard taking down two games at home winning against the Chicago Bears 21-16 and following it up last week with a 27-24 win against the Pittsburgh Steelers despite Joe Flacco taking over for Anthony Richardson in the middle of the game. Richardson is not expected to play today, but he leads the team with 654 yards and three touchdowns with six interceptions in a rough sophomore season start. Alec Pierce leads the team with 234 yards and two touchdowns on 10 receptions.

The Jaguars are the only winless team left in the NFL this season heading into this week with four losses. They opened up a loss on the road against the Miami Dolphins 20-17 before heading home for the first time against the Cleveland Browns 18-13. In Week 3, they went back on the road against the Buffalo Bills 47-10. Last week, the Texans took them down at home 24-20.
Trevor Lawrence leads the team under center with 729 yards and four touchdowns with one interception. The rookie Brian Thomas Jr. has 17 receptions with 275 yards and two touchdowns. On the ground, Trevor Etienne Jr leads the group with 47 carries for 214 yards and two touchdowns despite being questionable.
