The UNC-Asheville Bulldogs are 8-4 so far this year and have won their last five games. The latest win was a 114-60 win over the Virginia University of Lynchburg on Thursday. In the win, Josh Banks led all scorers with 21 points while teammates Toyaz Solomon and Connor Dubsky each scored 17 points. Solomon earned a double-double with his team-leading 12 rebounds. Banks leads the team with 15.6 points per game while Solomon is averaging 5.4 rebounds per game to lead the Bulldogs on the boards. With the team’s big win on Thursday, the team is averaging 84.8 points per game to its opponents’ 73.6 points per game, setting the Bulldogs up for success in conference play.
