Oregon hosts Montana on Friday night looking to win a second straight game to start the season
The Oregon Ducks welcome the Montana Grizzlies to town on Friday night in a non-conference battle. The Ducks come into Friday fresh off a 91-76 win over UC Riverside on Monday. The Ducks dominated the first half in their first game as they led UC Riverside by 15 at halftime. They played even with the Highlanders in the second half, but had the game in control and got the win. Kwame Evans Jr. led the way with 23 points and Nat Bittle recorded a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds. The Ducks had four players score in double figures, but only had 14 points from their bench. The starters played great for the Ducks, but they are going to want more help from the reserves in the future.

The Grizzlies will be playing their first game on the road on Friday night after they beat Hawaii Hilo at home on Monday.
They had little trouble in their first game in getting a 92-61 win. It was an easy first win, but the competition ramps up on Friday night.
They will get another break in the schedule against Northwest Indian on Sunday, but will get tested again next week games against No. 12 Tennessee and Utah State on the road.
Kai Johnson led the way in their win on Monday as he scored a game-high 27 points and was one of five players scoring in double figures.
