Harvard tries to bounce back from consecutive losses when plays Northeastern on Wednesday in college basketball.
Harvard tries to get back to .500 on Wednesday when it plays Northeastern in this regional Massachusetts rivalry in men’s basketball. The Crimson won their first game of the season by a wide margin against Marist College. But since then, Harvard has dropped back-to-back games, as the team looks to get back on track tonight. First, the Crimson lost to Navy in the Veterans Classic on the U.S. Naval Academy. The Harvard lost to American 67-55 in our nation’s capital. Robert Hinton played a great game for the Crimson, scoring a game-high 19 points, but the team still dropped both of those games in the Washington, D.C. area. Harvard kept the game close within five points to start the second half, but the Eagles started to put the game out of reach when they went on a 21-6 run. On a bright note, Hinton looks like he has a very promising future ahead of him. This is his first week playing college basketball and he’s already averaging 24 points a game and six rebounds.
