    West Virginia will travel to Lubbock, Texas, on Saturday afternoon for a Week 14 matchup in college football. In Lubbock, they will take on Texas Tech at Jones AT&T Stadium. The Red Raiders are 7-4 overall this season and 5-3 against teams in the Big 12 heading into their season finale. They bounced back, beating Oklahoma State in a shootout last week, 56-48 after losing to the former No. 20 ranked Colorado in the week prior. They knocked off former No. 11 ranked Iowa State the game before that after losing two-straight in the previous two games.

    Behren Morton, the team’s starting quarterback, has thrown for 2,941 yards with 25 touchdowns and seven interceptions for the senior in his fourth year with the team. They also boast one of the best running backs in the country in Tahj Brooks. He has 263 carries for 1,317 yards and 14 scores on the year, averaging 5.0 yards per carry.

    The Mountaineers are 6-5 overall this season and picked up that bowl-eligible win last week with a 10-point win over UCF. They have won three of their last four games also beating Cincinnati and Arizona in that stretch while losing to Baylor two weeks ago. They are also 5-3 against teams in the Big 12 Conference this season.

    Garrett Greene leads the team under center with 1,707 yards with 12 touchdowns and nine interceptions in his fifth year with the team and his second year starting. His favorite receiver has been Hudson Clement, a sophomore receiver in his season year in West Virginia, who has 36 receptions for 535 yards and three touchdowns.
