The Louisville Cardinals and Washington Huskies battle on Tuesday afternoon in El Paso, Texas in the Tony the Tiger Sun Bowl. The Cardinals wrapped up their regular season with two straight wins and four victories in their last five games. They got off to an uneven start, as they were just 3-2 after five games, but they finished off the season strong and currently sit at 8-4. Tyler Shough has been great for the Cardinals this season, as he has thrown for 3,195 yards and 23 touchdowns. He connected with Ja’Corey Brooks 61 times for 1,013 yards and nine touchdowns. The Cardinals were also effective on the ground and were led by Isaac Brown, as he gained 1,074 yards and had 11 touchdowns. The Cardinals will look for the trio to be just as good on Tuesday as they look to knock off the Huskies.

The Huskies, though, are looking to slow them down as they try and get the win and finish the season over .500.
The Huskies finished the regular season 6-6 and lost two of their last three games. They had a very up and down season, as they didn’t win or lose more than two games in a row all season long.
They did avenge their National Championship loss to Michigan, but went just 2-4 after that home win over the Wolverines.
The Huskies were led by quarterback Will Rogers and running back Jonah Coleman. Rogers threw for 2,458 yards and 14 touchdowns. Coleman rushed for 1,011 yards and 10 touchdowns.
