Texas and Texas A&M battle for a berth in the SEC Championship game on Saturday night
The Texas Longhorns visit the Texas A&M Aggies on Saturday night with the winner heading to the SEC Championship game. The Georgia Bulldogs have already clinched a spot in the title game and will take on the winner of this game. The Longhorns come into Saturday on a four-game winning streak and 10-1 on the season. The Longhorns lone loss came back on October 19th when they fell at home to Georgia 30-15. Since that loss they won a close games against Vanderbilt and Arkansas and also easily beat Florida and Kentucky. Quinn Ewers has been the leader for the Longhorns as he has thrown for 2,089 yards and 23 touchdowns. He has spread the ball around this season as three different receivers have at least 32 catches and 500 yards. Gunnar Helm, Isaiah Bond and Matthew Golden have combined for 110 receptions and 18 touchdowns.

The Aggies will have to find a way to slow down the passing attack of the Longhorns if they want to get an upset win.
The Aggies come into Saturday night 8-3 on the season and looking to bounce back after a 43-41 loss to Auburn in four overtimes.
It was their second loss in the last three games as they also lost to South Carolina at the beginning of November.
The Aggies have turned to Marcel Reed at quarterback and he has thrown for 1,426 yards and 12 touchdowns. The top receiver for the Aggies have been Noah Thomas who has 31 receptions for 514 yards and six touchdowns.
