Stonehill will head on the road in Week 8 of the college football season to take on Merrimack at Duane Stadium in North Andover, Massachusetts. After a bye in Week 6, they got back on the winning side of things with a 32-24 win last week on the road at Morgan. Sophomore quarterback Ayden Pereira leads the team in passing yards with 376 yards and two touchdowns on 38 completions. The team’s leading receiver is Jalen McDonald who had nine receptions for 93 yards and a touchdown. On the ground, the team has given Jermaine Corbett 94 carries, and he has taken them 584 yards for five scores averaging 6.2 yards per carry.

After getting a later start to the year, they lost two straight to open against Stony Brook and New Hampshire. They got their first win in Week 4 against Sacred Heart at home before losing two more heading into this week against Wagner and Long Island.
