NC State goes for its third straight win on Saturday afternoon when it hosts Duke
The NC State takes on the Duke Blue Devils in an ACC showdown on Saturday afternoon. The Wolfpack come into Saturday on a two-game winning streak as they have slipped by Cal on the road and whipped Stanford at home last weekend. The Wolfpack has not had the season they thought they were going to have, but the back-to-back wins has got them back over .500 on the season at 5-4. They still sit just 2-3 in the ACC, but are hoping to pull even with another big win on Saturday. The Wolfpack have had to play a lot of their season without starting quarterback Grayson McCall who transferred over from Coastal Carolina in the offseason. McCall struggled early and then went out with an injury and then retired from football due to concussions. CJ Bailey has stepped in to the starting spot and has played well as he has thrown for 1,610 yards and 11 touchdowns in relief.

The Blue Devils come into Saturday looking to snap a two-game losing streak after falling to SMU in overtime and Miami.
Last week they were beating No. 5 Miami by 11 early in the third quarter, but they would get outscored 36-3 in the last 23 minutes of the game to fall 53-31. It was a tough way to end a game they thought they had a chance to win.
The loss dropped them below .500 in the ACC at 2-3 and they now sit at 6-3 overall. They have lost three of their last four games after starting the year with five straight wins.
