Toronto’s leading scorer was Gradey Dick with 25 and a game-high. The T’Wolves will be trying to sweep the season series tonight in this finale. The Timberwolves have a much better record and subsequently will be the -6.5-point favorite.
Minnesota is going for its third win in a row after coming off a 120-117 win over the Phoenix Suns on Sunday. Randle came up big again in this win hitting a clutch three to win the game. The Timberwolves only had 2.1 seconds left on the clock so the team advanced the ball and Randle was able to hit a 24-foot shot to become the hero. Randle led the Timberwolves with 35 points and were able to hold off a 44-point clinic put on by Devin Booker. Toronto doesn’t have that kind of competitor of that caliber yet and the Timberwolves should be able to grab the road win tonight.
