The Minnesota Timberwolves take a quick trip away from home on Thursday night when they take on the Chicago Bulls. The Timberwolves come into Friday fresh off a 114-93 win over the Charlotte Hornets on Monday night. The win got them back over .500 on the season at 4-3. They have alternated wins and losses over their last five games and will be looking to win a second straight game for the first time since October 26th. They are just 1-2 on the road in the early part of the season and are trying to fix their woes away from home. Anthony Edwards has continued to be a star for the Timberwolves as he is averaging a team-best 27.3 points per game, while the newly acquired Julius Randle has been adding 21.4 points per game.

The Bulls will have to stop that duo as they try and snap a three-game losing streak. The Bulls had won three of four, but have struggled in losses to the Brooklyn Nets, Utah Jazz and Dallas Mavericks.
The three straight losses have dropped their record to 3-5 on the season and they are needing a win on Thursday night.
Zach LaVine has been good in the early part of the season for the Bulls as he is scoring 22.7 points per game. Nikola Vucevic and Coby White have also been good as they are scoring 20.8 and 19.0 points per game respectively.
