Battered Phoenix Suns look to stop a slide as they visit the Minnesota Timberwolves on Sunday afternoon
The Phoenix Suns (9-4) are just 1-3 since Kevin Durant went down with a calf injury and have lost their last two games. On Sunday, the Suns wrap up a four-game road trip with a visit to the Minnesota Timberwolves (7-6), who snapped a three-game skid on Friday night to salvage the finale of a three-game West Coast swing. Phoenix also played without guards Bradley Beal (calf) and Grayson Allen (hamstring) on Friday. The Timberwolves swept the Suns out of the first round of the playoffs last spring.
