The New York Knicks look to stay hot on Saturday night when they take on the Detroit Pistons. The Knicks come into Saturday on a four-game winning streak and they have won nine of their last 11 games. It was a rough start to the season for the Knicks as they were just 4-5 after nine games, but they have been red hot since and now sit at 14-8 and in second place in the Atlantic Division. They are four games back of the Boston Celtics, but are four and a half games up on the third place Brooklyn Nets. Saturday’s game is the lsat of a four-game homestand for the Knicks and they are looking to finish the stand undefeated. Karl-Anthony Towns and Jalen Brunson have been great for the Knicks as they were averaging 25.2 and 25.1 points per game respectively.

The Pistons will have to try and find a way to slow the duo down if they want any shot at picking up the big road upset on Saturday night. The Pistons have been playing better this year, but they still come into Saturday on a three-game losing streak and they have dropped seven of their last nine games.
The Pistons now sit at 9-15 on the season and in fifth in the Central Division. They are just a half game back of the Indiana Pacers and a game and a half back of the Chicago Bulls.
Cade Cunningham continues to shine for the Pistons this season and he comes into Saturday averaging a team-best 23.7 points per game.
