The last week of play around the league was capped off by a seven-game slate on Sunday that saw some of the best teams go head-to-head. The reigning champion Boston Celtics visited the Washington Wizards at Capital One Arena, where the C’s came away with a 14-point victory away from home. Jayson Tatum led the team per usual with his 28-point performance, where he also logged a team-high 12 rebounds on the night. No other player on the team put up more than 15 points, a number reached by both Derrick White and Payton Pritchard. Jaylen Brown and Kristaps Porzingis had 11 points apiece, while Jrue Holiday had 12.

In other action on Sunday, the Dallas Mavericks were able to take a thrilling 143-133 finish over the Golden State Warriors at the Chase Center.
Luka Dončić led both teams with 43 points, 11 rebounds and 13 assists in the win away from home for the Mavericks. Meanwhile, Klay Thompson put up 29 points against the team he won four championships with.
Finally, Kyrie Irving put up 21 points to go along with eight assists in the win over the Warriors.
The action then continued with the Los Angeles Lakers’ six-point victory over the Memphis Grizzlies at Crypto.com Arena.
Anthony Davis led the team with a whopping 40 points and 16 rebounds, while LeBron James added 18 points, eight boards and eight assists.
