This will be the series finale between the Bulls and Grizzlies this season. Chicago bounced back from a big loss in its previous game by beating the Atlanta Hawks on Friday by a 136-122 final in NBA Cup – Group Play. Zach LaVine led the Bulls with 26 points and Ayo Dosunmu and Coby White both scored 20 points to help lead Chicago to a comfortable win.

Nikola Vucevic had himself a good night too scoring a double-double with 18 points and 13 rebounds. All of Chicago’s starter scored in double figures along with two bench players. Jalen Johnson and Trae Young led the Hawks with 25 but Chicago was able to get its first NBA Cup win after losing all four of its contests last season. Despite the win, Chicago is the 5.5-point underdog at home tonight.
Memphis is coming off a 117-111 win on Wednesday against the reeling Philadelphia 76ers. Jaren Jackson Jr. led the Grizzlies with 25 and were able to hold off the Sixers despite Joel Embiid scoring 35 points. The 76ers are now just 2-12 despite adding Paul George in the offseason. George only had two points and left the game early with an injury and Tyrese Maxey was only able to score eight. Coach Taylor Jenkins became the franchise leader in wins with the victory over Philadelphia. Memphis will try to get back to .500 on the road with a win against Chicago.
