Washington is coming off a 115-103 loss on the road to the Indiana Pacers on Sunday. Pascal Siakam scored 22 points and Tyrese Haliburton was right behind him with 21 to lead the Pacers. The win ended a three-game losing streak for Indiana. Washington was led by Alexandre Sarr who scored 17 points. The Wizards stayed close most of the game but Indiana went on a 7-2 run late where Washington missed six shots. The good news for the Wizards is that the team will play six of their next eight games at home after an extended road trip.
Chicago is 5-5 on the road to start the season but the Bulls are coming off a 142-131 loss to the hands of the Memphis Grizzlies and a familiar name. The Grizzlies were led by Chicago Bull legend’s son Scottie Pippen Jr. who scored a career-high 30 points against his dad’s former team. Zach LaVine led the Bulls with 29 points in the loss with 26 of those coming in the second half. Chicago only scored 22 in the first quarter and Memphis would never relinquish the lead from there. Expect a faster start from the Bulls against Washington tonight.
