How to Watch Nets at Warriors: Stream NBA Live, TV Channel

Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors host the Brooklyn Nets for the first time this season on Monday.

This season the Golden State Warriors (12-4) have been one of the best teams in the league after a loss. After its first three losses this season Golden State has bounced back with a double-figure win each time, winning by an average of 17.3 points per game. Two of those wins came at home where they are on Monday, hosting the Brooklyn Nets (7-10) for the first time this season. Brooklyn has won two of its last three games, including an impressive road win Sunday against the Sacramento Kings. They look to go back-to-back against another Northern California team and make it three wins in four games. That will be a tall order against the only team in the league that is top five in points per game and opponents points per game this season.

Steph Curry and Draymond Green have Golden State at the top of the standings in the Western Conference with the team averaging 117.6 points per game and allowing just 108.8 points per game to opponents.

Despite Curry’s numbers not popping off the page this season he is building an MVP campaign again. The two-time MVP is averaging a 12-year low 22.0 points per game, but is also contributing with 6.5 assists, 5.5 rebounds and 1.6 steals per game. Through 13 games Curry is one of just two players in the league making at least 4.0 three-pointers per game on 40% shooting or better from deep.

Curry’s impact on the court helps the team in ways that counting stats do not fully show. He is fourth in the league in box score plus/minus this season at 8.6, only behind Nikola Jokic (15.0), Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (9.7) and Giannis Antetokounmpo (9.2) changing the game when on the court.

    Regional restrictions may apply.
