NBA Summer League will be the first opportunity for Los Angeles Lakers, NBA and LeBron James fans to watch Bronny James in NBA action. And considering he might not get many NBA minutes, at least not right away in his rookie campaign, Summer League might be fans’ only chance to watch Bronny James in a bigger role in this portion of his career. The Lakers will play in two Summer Leagues this offseason, in the California Classic – which take place in the stadium of the Golden State Warriors, the Chase Center – and then in the more popular Vegas Summer League.

Bronny James’ NBA Summer League debut could happen as soon as Saturday, July 6, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. ET, 1:30 p.m. PT, as the Lakers are set to face the Sacramento Kings in the California Classic. That game will be broadcast on ESPN. The Lakers then take on the Golden State Warriors on Sunday, July 7, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. ET, 3:30 p.m. PT. And their California Classic stint will culminate against the Miami Heat on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. ET, 4:00 p.m. PT.
The second two of those Lakers’ games will air on NBA TV.
And then there’s Vegas Summer League, too, which begins for Bronny James and the Lakers on July 12 at 7:30 p.m. ET as the Lakers face the Houston Rockets before playing at least four other games on July 15, July 17, July 18 and then from July 20-22.
