Gonzaga looks to bounce back from a loss on Tuesday night when it visits Santa Clara
The Gonzaga Bulldogs visit the Santa Clara Broncos on Tuesday night in a WCC battle. The Bulldogs are coming off a 74-67 loss to Saint Mary’s and it has dropped them to 21-8 overall and 12-4 in the WCC. The loss to the Gaels snapped a five-game winning streak and was just their second loss in their last nine games. This is the second meeting between the two teams and the Bulldogs will be looking to avenge an earlier loss to the Broncos. They led by one point at halftime, but struggled to stop the Broncos in the second half and lost 103-99. The Bulldogs are tied with San Francisco for second place in the WCC, three games back of Saint Mary’s. They are one game up on the Broncos and are looking to stay ahead of them with a win on Tuesday night. The Bulldogs offense has been great this season as they are averaging 87.1 points per game. Graham Ike has led the way at 16.8 points per game and 7.5 rebounds per game.

The Broncos will need to find a way to slow down Ike if they want to pick up a season sweep of the Bulldogs.
The Broncos come into Tuesday on a two-game winning streak and fresh off a 109-79 win over Washington State on the road on Saturday.
They have now won five of their last six games and it has pushed their record to 19-10 overall and 11-5 in the WCC.
The Broncos have been led by Adama-Alpha Bal who is scoring 13.1 points per game. Carlos Stewart Jr. and Christoph Tilly are right behind him averaging 12.4 and 12.3 points per game respectively.
