José Ramírez and the Guardians will take on Charlie Blackmon and the Rockies in the third and final game of the series today.
Leading up until their game last night, the Guardians were the No. 2 team in the AL Central division of baseball. They are 30-27, two and a half games behind the Twins for the divisional lead.

Also, heading into yesterday’s game two of the series, the Rockies were the worst team in the NL West with a 27-35 record. They are just 4-6 in their last 10 games and 11.5 games behind the divisional-leading Dodgers.
In the first game these two teams played, Cleveland walked away with a 4-3 win. José Ramírez singled in the top of the third inning to open scoring up with an RBI, scoring two.
Colorado’s C.J. Cron tripled, sending home Brendan Rodgers to make it 2-1. Cleveland’s Josh Naylor hit a single RBI in the sixth inning to make it 3-1 before Charlie Blackmon made it 3-3 with a two-run home run in the bottom of the seventh inning.
Ramírez was back at it in the top of the 10th inning with an RBI double to win the game for Cleveland in the first game of the series.
