An ambitious Uruguay squad kicks off its quest for a 16th continental title by meeting Panama one day later. Bolivia and hosts USA are their other opponents.
Uruguay has scored in every game since its 2-0 loss to Portugal at Qatar 2022 and is sitting second in CONMEBOL’s long World Cup qualifying series, having beaten both Brazil and Argentina.
