It’s a huge week of international friendlies all across Europe, with numerous matches going on. That includes Wednesday’s meeting between Noway and Kosovo, with Norway hosting the match at Ullevaal Stadion in Oslo. After this match, Norway heads to Denmark for a June 8 contest, followed by a long break before Nations League in September. Kosovo only has one friendly this month and won’t play again until it faces Romania in Nations League play on September 6. Norway is searching for its first win of 2024 after losing to Czech Republic 2-1 and drawing Slovakia 1-1 back in March. The team’s last win was in November when it defeated the Faroe Islands 2-0.
Kosovo opened 2024 with a friendly win over Armenia, taking the 1-0 victory. It followed that up a few days later with a 2-0 loss to Hungary.
This will be the first meeting of these nations.
