The top female golfers in the world are in the field at the Dana Open this weekend. After the second round, Chanettee Wannasaen is in first place at -16 while Haeran Ryu is second at -13. There’s a three-way tie for third at -11 between Ssu-Chia Cheng, Linn Grant and Xiyu Lin. Last weekend, many of the best golfers were in Europe for the Evian Championship, which has given us a weekend without some top names on the LPGA Tour. Of the top 10 golfers in the world rankings, only No. 9 Haeran Ryu and No. 10 Maja Stark are in this field, opening up a chance for a surprise name to take the weekend victory.

The Dana Open is an event held annually since 1984 at the Highland Meadows Golf Club in the Toledo suburb of Sylvania. Linn Grant is the defending champion, winning last year by posting a -21 to take a three-stroke victory. This is a 71 par course. The record for the best score in the tournament was a 261 by Se Ri Pak in 1998, which equates to a -23.
