The Rangers need extra innings to get a win on Sunday, but down the Kansas City Royals 3-2 to take the series. They now sit at 19-16 on the season and are a half-game back of the first-place Seattle Mariners. They will turn to Andrew Heaney on the mound in the opener on Monday. Heaney is still searching for his first win on the season as he comes into the game 0-4 with a 5.10 ERA.
