Army goes for its second straight win on Wednesday afternoon when it takes on Boston U
Army hits the road on Wednesday afternoon to take on Boston U in women’s lacrosse action. The Black Knights come into the match fresh off a 17-4 win over Lafayette on Saturday. The win snapped a two-match losing streak and improved their record to 3-6 overall and 1-1 in the Patriot League. They had nearly upset undefeated Loyola the match before, but fell 14-13. They had outscored the Greyhounds 7-3 in the third period to get close, but just couldn’t finish off the upset. They have been playing much better after starting the year with four straight losses. They will look to continue their run on Wednesday against the Terriers.

The Terriers have been going in the opposite direction. They won their first four matches of the season, but have since lost four straight.
Three of those matches have come against ranked opponents in which they were outscored by a combined 65-23 score.
In the other match, they lost to Bucknell 16-13. They had the Bison down by four at the half and were tied going into the fourth, but could score just once in the final quarter to lose.
Wednesday they will look to finally get back in the win column and stay above .500 on the season with a big home win.
