Last year Larson won this race coming off the pole in the fifth race of the season. Allmendinger was on his way to a third straight win on the track leading the most laps (along with Shane van Gisberger) before Larson took the lead for good down the stretch.
Neither Larson or Allmendinger are in the field this year for the Focused Health 250. In last year’s race Hill, John Hunter Nemechek, Cole Custer and Parker Kligerman rounded out the rest of the top five.
Heading into this race some of the drivers to watch are Sheldon Creed, who is in second place in points after finishing third and 14th in the first two races. Harrison Burton is the only driver to finish in the top 10 in both races with sixth and 10th place finishes.
