How to Watch Pacific at Yale: Live Stream Women’s College Basketball, TV Channel

Pacific will play the second of its four-game road trip on Sunday against Yale in women’s non-conference basketball action.

On Sunday afternoon, Yale will host Pacific at the John J. Lee Amphitheater in New Haven, Connecticut as the teams meet for the second time in program history in a non-conference matchup. The teams met last season and the game went in the Tigers’ favor with a 66-59 win at home. This year, the Tigers bring a record of 2-3 into the meeting and will look to break a two-game losing streak. Most recently, Pacific played Columbia, falling in an 84-50 defeat on Wednesday. Liz Smith led the Tigers in scoring with 13 points, but it wasn’t enough as the Lions outscored Pacific in every quarter. The team struggled with its shooting, finishing the game going just 15-50 from the field and 4-11 from beyond the arc. While the Tigers shot well from the line at 76 percent, it wasn’t enough to make up the deficit that the Lions had already produced.

The Bulldogs opened the season with a 64-61 win over Monmouth before losing four games straight to bring their record to 1-4. The team’s most recent game resulted in a close 50-45 loss to Merrimack on Tuesday. The back-and-forth game had Yale leading by one at the half, but Merrimack battled back in the game to win it by five.

Mackenzie Egger led the Bulldogs’ offense with 18 points while Avery Lee also finished in double figures with 12 points. Egger was a monster on the boards, pulling down 20 rebounds, with 17 of them being defensive, to earn a double-double in the loss. The team is averaging a shooting percentage of 35 from the field and 24 percent from long range, but will need to improve upon those marks to be competitive in conference play when that begins.

Tune in Sunday afternoon to see which of these teams can break their losing streak in Connecticut.
