Both the Chicago Bulls and Philadelphia 76ers will be trying to snap longer losing streaks when they meet on Monday night at the Wells Fargo Center. One team is leaving with its first win since the All-Star break.
On the early part of Monday night’s NBA slate, the Chicago Bulls (22-35) visit the Philadelphia 76ers (20-36) at the Wells Fargo Center for an Eastern Conference matchup. It’s a great spot for one of these teams to pick up momentum heading into the second half of the season. Both teams come into the game on their longest losing streaks of the year. The Bulls have lost six games in a row, while the 76ers have lost seven. Which team will get back in the win column in this one?

Both teams last played on Saturday, and each nearly ended their respective losing streaks then. The Bulls were at home against the Phoenix Suns and fell 121-117, one game after returning from the All-Star break with a 113-111 overtime loss at the New York Knicks. On the other side the Sixers hosted the Brooklyn Nets on Saturday and lost 105-103.
Monday night marks the third meeting of the year between the Bulls and Sixers. The Sixers have won both matchups.
The first meeting back back on Dec. 8 in Chicago. Philly took that game 108-100 behind a 13-point performance from Joel Embiid and a triple-double from Tyrese Maxey.
Late last month the two teams met again in Chicago. Philadelphia won that game 109-97 with Maxey once again coming up big – he had 31 points and nine assists.
