The CIF-SS Division 1 Quarterfinal pits powerhouse teams together when the Centennial Huskies take on the Mission Viejo Diablos. The Diablos come into the playoff game undefeated on the season at 10-0. They have been dominant as they have won all but one of their games by double figures and five of their opponents under 10 points. Two weeks ago they wrapped up their regular season with a big 41-10 win over Los Alamitos. They have been led this year by a dual quarterback attack of Luke Fahay and Draiden Trudeau. They have been helped by the wide receiver duo of Phillipo Bell Jr. an Ohio State commit and Georgia commit Vance Spafford. On the defensive side of the ball they have been led by defensive end Jaden Williams who is going to San Diego State and defensive back Dijon Lee who has committed to Alabama.

The Huskies come into Friday on an eight-game winning streak after losing their first two games of the season.
They lost to power Mater Dei 42-25 in their first game and then fell to Santa Margarita in their second game.
Since those losses they have been dominant as they have won every game by at least 14 points and have scored 49 or more points in each game.
The Huskies have been led by star quarterback Husan Longstreet who is going to Texas A&M. His top target has been wide receiver Cory Butler Jr. who has committed to Arizona State.
