On Friday, Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz topped the speed chart in FP1 with Max Verstappen, Charles Leclerc, George Russell and Zhou Guanyu rounding out the top five. In FP2, Norris jumped to the top spot, followed by Verstappen, Sainz, Sergio Perez and Russell. Who will win Sunday’s race?

Last year, Lewis Hamilton qualified on pole for this race and ultimately finished fourth. Verstappen, who started second, took the lead on the first lap and went on to lead all 70 laps on his way to the victory. It was the second year in a row that Verstappen won here.
Other drivers in this field with wins at this track in F1 are Esteban Ocon, Lewis Hamilton and Daniel Ricciardo. The polesitter hasn’t won here since 2020, when Hamilton won. Ocon won in 2021 from eighth place and Verstappen won in 2022 from 10th.
