Jorge Campillo follows up a 1st-round 64 with a 65 on Friday to take a 4-shot lead into the weekend in Andalucía.
Jorge Campillo picked up where he left off on Friday, following up an eight-under-par 64 on Thursday with a seven-under 65, including an eagle on the par-four 11th on his second hole of the day, and enters the weekend with a four-shot lead at the Estrella Damm N.A. Andalucía Masters at Real Club de Golf Sotogrande in San Roque, Spain. Campillo rolled in four birdies on his back nine and leads Daniel Brown by four strokes. Brown faded from a first-round 63 to a two-under-par 70 on Friday.

First-round leader Julien Guerrier is in a three-way tie for third after an even-par 72, sharing the position at 10-under with Jordan Smith and Scott Jamieson. Jon Rahm, Angel Hidalgo, Fabrizio Zanotti, Bernd Wiesberger and Jayden Schaper are tied for sixth place at eight-under-par.
There are two events remaining on the DP World Tour regular-season schedule, with 835 Race to Dubai points and $552,500 set to go to the winner in Andalucía. The total purse is $3.25 million with 5,000 Race to Dubai points to be distributed. The top 70 players on the points list qualify for the DP World Tour Playoffs, with the top 50 advancing to the DP World Tour Championship next month.
The event was added to the tour calendar in 2010 and was held for two years before it returned in 2017. Sergio García is the only multiple-time winner, taking the top spot in 2011 as well as 2017-18.
