If suddenly freezing and running wasn’t difficult enough, surviving contestants will then showcase their greatest talents. And RuPaul couldn’t have got a better superstar to guest judge the talent show. That’s right, Katy Perry will make a splashy guest appearance by bringing her American Idol judging chops to this Maxi Challenge talent competition. As if the season premiere wasn’t reason enough to tune in. The winner of the talent show will receive a $5,000 cash prize.
This season will bring back Rate-A-Queen but with even more twists than ever. Perry isn’t the only show stopping celebrity guest judge this season. We will be treated with the likes of Sam Smith, Quinta Brunson, Paul W. Downs, Tracee Ellis Ross, Whitney Cummings, Jerrod Carmichael, June Diane Raphael, Doechii, Adam Lambert Sandra Bernhard and many more. Along with celebrity guests, the new queens will be joined by standout alums of the Emmy-winning show, including All Stars winners Angeria Paris VanMichaels and Trinity the Tuck, along with other fan favorites.
