Season four of Children Ruin Everything is back with Aaron Abrams and Meaghan Rath trying to make it as parents.
For the fourth straight season Aaron Abrams and Meaghan Rath try to navigate parenting in Children Ruin Everything. In this series Abrams and Rath play James and Astrid who are a young couple who try to balance being individuals, married and parents. Children Ruin Everything was created by the writer of Schitt’s Creek and Kim’s Convenience, two of the most acclaimed series in recent years. The first three seasons of the show highlight typical parenting scenarios from getting kids into the car for basic daily errands and complex issues like finding intimacy as parents. Writer and creator Kurt Smeaton has brought his blend of storytelling and comedy from Schitt’s Creek and Kim’s Convenience to Children Ruin Everything.

Rath is a veteran television actress with roles on shows How I Met Your Father, Supergirl, Hawaii Five-O and New Girl amongst other appearances. She is the star and anchor of Children Ruin Everything showcasing her charm and comedic timing.
Another television veteran, Abrams, has spent time on Hannibal, Blindspot and various other shows and movies over the years. Children Ruin Everything also features Ennis Esmer as Ennis, a co-worker and the best friend of James, Nazneen Contractor as Dawn, Astrid’s sister and Dmitry Chepovetsky as Dawn’s husband, Bo.
The children in Children Ruin Everything, Felix and Viv, are played by child actors Logan Nicholson and Mikayla SwamiNathan. Children Ruin Everything premieres with the episode “Respect” where Felix starts to show signs of those preteen dramatics and James has to make a decision about working with his brother-in-law.
