Oprah will sit down with Riley Keough, granddaughter of Elvis Presley, for an interview about the king of rock and roll and his legacy.
On Tuesday night, CBS will air an interview special as Oprah Winfrey sits down with Riley Keough to have an intimate conversation about her grandfather, Elvis Presley, her mother, Lisa Marie and her famous family. Winfrey traveled to Graceland, the famous musician’s estate that now belongs to Keough, for the interview. It is the first she has given since her mother tragically died last year. In the sit-down interview, Riley, an Emmy-nominated actress and director herself, talks about her own journey of healing and how she plans to carry on the Presley legacy moving forward.

Prior to her death, Lisa Marie Presley, recorded hours of interview recordings in what has now been completed as her life memoir titled “From Here to the Great Unknown.” The publication coincides with the interview and Keough, Lisa Marie’s oldest child, helped to complete the book after her passing by scouring through the recordings.
The special will feature never-before-seen family photos and home videos as well as some of Lisa Marie’s audio recording with memories of her father who died when she was just nine years old. Oprah and Riley really allow viewers to gain a greater understanding of one of the most famous American families and gives a look at Lisa Marie’s childhood following her father’s death that eventually led her into a life of addiction much like her father suffered from.
