Karachi opened its session on Monday with a 112/6 and 25/0 to 94/3 and 41/5 loss to the Gulshan Gabroos. Kamran Arif scored 53 runs in the defeat, 47 in the first inning, and Para Din added 34 runs. Fazal Ur Rehman took two wickets during his four overs of bowling.
Chunnu leads the Popular with 101 runs, while captain Asad Shah has racked up 80 with a team-best nine 6s. Kashmiri has taken six wickets in two matches with an economy rate of 10.38 runs per over.
