Florida State and Stetson meet in Tallahassee in the NCAA Regional round of college baseball.
The NCAA Tournament gets going this weekend in college baseball with the NCAA Regional round. This round is a four-team, double-elimination round. In the Tallahassee regional, things get started on Friday when Florida State takes on Stetson in the first game of this regional. The Seminoles are 42-15 on the season, but come into this game off a big loss to Duke last weekend in the ACC Tournament, losing 16-4 in the conference championship game. That loss ended a three-game win streak for Florida State.

Stetson has a 40-20 record on the season and has won three games in a row. The team lost to Kennesaw State in the opening match of the ASUN Tournament, but came back to win by beating Austin Peay, Florida Gulf Coast and then Kennesaw State again in the conference championship game.
