James Madison lost in its opening game to drop to the loser bracket, but stormed back on Saturday with an 8-1 win over Bryant to set up this rematch of a game from Friday.
That Friday game was an 8-7 win in extra innings for the Gamecocks. Will Tippett drove in the winning run on a sacrifice fly in the bottom of the 10th inning.
